ABOUT KELLEY

Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda have been my lifelong companions—trusted teachers for over three decades. These traditions continue to meet me exactly where I am, offering a framework for self-inquiry, presence, and growth. They guide me in peeling back the many layers of my being and understanding how I relate to the world around me. At the heart of my practice is a deep reverence for awareness, a commitment to curiosity, and a willingness to embrace the mystery of it all.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of owning and operating two yoga studios—Lake Norman Yoga Center and The Bindu—and I’m honored to co-own Rasika Yoga School alongside my long-time friends and colleagues, Stacey Millner-Collins and Sarah Faircloth. The shift to online teaching during the pandemic opened new pathways for connection and accessibility, and I continue to teach virtually today.

My commitment to functional alignment and healthy aging is rooted in my certification as an Anusara Yoga teacher (2005). Anusara introduced me to some of the most respected scholars and teachers of yoga philosophy and meditation, including Dr. Bill Mahony, Douglas Brooks, Sally Kempton, and Paul Mueller-Ortega, all of whom have deeply influenced my path.

As a Certified Ayurvedic Digestion and Nutrition Coach, I support clients in recognizing the body’s signs of imbalance and making personalized lifestyle and dietary choices that promote long-term health and vitality. My work as a Life and Health Coach is informed by training in trauma-informed, somatic, and depth-oriented practices, including Advanced Depths (Applied Depths Institute) and The Biology of Trauma® Training.

I am passionate about creating transformative group experiences and fostering authentic, lasting connections through Curious Wise Women circles, classes, workshops, retreats, and global travel. Past retreat destinations include Greece, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Jamaica, the British Virgin Islands, and Belize—each journey an invitation to deepen practice, expand perspective, and connect in meaningful ways.
