The body retains all experiences, including early developmental and intergenerational imprints, and plays a central role in the healing process. Lasting change becomes possible when individuals develop a sense of safety in the body, acquire practical tools for regulating stress responses, and gradually increase their capacity for resilience, growth, and well-being.
Empowering people to live more conscious and fulfilling lives is a passion of mine. Lives fueled by clarity, authenticity and with the inner resources to grow with courage and resilience. Teaching the biology of nervous system regulation is foundational to all my coaching work. Learning skills that support nervous system nourishment is integral to meeting our inner resistance to change with curiosity and compassion.
As a Life & Health Coach, my work is rooted in decades of extensive study and practice. This includes certifications and coursework in Ayurveda (Gut Health, Nutrition, the Psychology of the Doshas, seasonal food cleanses), Yoga, Tantric philosophy, somatic and parts-based healing, archetypal and shadow work, and meditation.
Most of us were never taught how to befriend our fears or unwind the unhealthy patterns that keep us stuck in cycles of stress and reactivity. While we crave the “aha” moments of insight, lasting transformation comes from integrating those insights into daily practice and into our bodies.
