Online Yoga Options

It is great to be able to connect for practice from anywhere in the world. Since the pandemic, we have continued a welcoming community of online students. Jump on zoom a few minutes before any class and meet or reconnect with folks you may not have seen in a long time. I love that we have been able to create sacred space and great alignment-based yoga in a really supportive and joyful environment.

A well-sequenced and fulfilling practice  that warms you up perfectly to practice to an apex pose and then stretches you out before releasing you into a wonderful  savasana.

Tues- 8:00-9:00 am  Align & Flow (All levels)
Short, strong sequences with holds of 30 seconds to 1 minute mixed with short, calming, slow movement sequences. This class pulses between opportunities to challenge yourself to build endurance and easy range of motion release work that calms and resets your energy in between  short core stability and strengthening sequences. 

Wed  8:00-9:00 am  Breathing for a Calm Nervous System, Gentle Yoga, Meditation
Each class is anchored in yoga philosophy that invites us inward to explore our relationship with Divine Love. Specific  breath work activates the calm, parasympathetic nervous system. And gentle yoga prepares our bodies to sit for meditation.

A thoughtfully curated class of slow sequences and clear alignment principles that leave your joints and muscles feeling the love while cultivating lasting suppleness.
